Sharjah Roads and Transport Authority discuss the joint projects with the Department of Public Works
His Excellency Engineer Yousef Saleh Al-Suwaji, Chairman of the Roads and Transport Authority of
the Government of Sharjah, received in his Office at the Authority’s Headquarters in Al-Azra
District, His Excellency Ali Bin Shaheen, Head of the Public Works Department in Sharjah.
His Excellency the Chairman of the Authority welcomed at the beginning of the meeting the Head
of the Public Works Department and his accompanying delegation. They discussed during the
meeting manners necessary to enhance cooperation and consolidate relationships between the two
parties in order to support and strength the strategic partnership.
His Excellency Engineer Yousef Saleh Al-Suwaji confirmed the keenness of the Authority to build
strong and complementary relationships with various local and federal government agencies, and
to establish strategic partnerships and exchange information, best experiences and practices
that contribute to achieving the objectives and visions of the Authority and to fulfill the
current and future directions of the Government of Sharjah.
His Excellency the Chairman of the Authority confirmed that the meeting discussed all joint
projects with the Public Works Department and the strategy of Kalba City.
