• Directorate of town planning and survey in sharjah aapproval for layout and right of way
• Ministry of infrastructure development approval/NOC in case the proposed work is connected to a federal road

• 2. General arrangements showing the whole scope, preferably in one drawing in a suitable scale.
• 3. Detailed layout drawings with all necessary details to check the ROW, topographic survey showing the existing condition, geometry of the road etc.
• 4. Cross-Section drawing which includes the type of pavement and construction layers
• 5. Traffic signs and roads marking drawings as per Dubai Standard.
• 6. TIS(if applicable)
• 7. Profile Drawings(Mandatory)

  Profiles
  Contour Levels/Spot Levels for Parking Lots and Roundabouts
  Heavy Vehicle/ Auto-Turn if applicable - Emergency vehicle circulation

Design NOC is valid for 6 months. After this period, it needs renewal with the same documents plus the expired design NOC.
