• Plan for the entrance (in case of entrances & exits only) approved by the Directorate of Town Planning & Survey or Sharjah Municipality.
• Certificate of determining the borders of the interlock issued by the Directorate of Town Planning & Survey.
• Copy of the UAE ID Card of the applicant or the person in charge of the site.

2- Side digging barrier

• Valid map for the land.
• Colored photograph for the site.
• Valid trade license or commercial register.
• Construction permit.
• Certificate of receiving the markings from the Directorate of Town Planning & Survey.
• Plan for sides supporting approved by Sharjah Municipality.
• Certificate of determining the borders of the interlock issued from the Directorate of Town Planning & Survey.
• Copy of the UAE ID Card of the applicant or the person in charge of the site.
