In celebration of the National Day and coinciding with the 50th year
In celebration of theNational Day and coinciding with the 50th year, the Sharjah Roads and
TransportAuthority organized a variety of events and activities, in the presence of
HisExcellency Eng. Yousef Khamis Al-Othmani, Chairman of the Authority, a numberof the
Authority’s officials, all the Authority’s employees and the Authority’sstrategic partners, at
the Authority's Headquarters in Al-Azra District. Theevents included competitions for the
Authority's employees, hosting theastronauts/ Hazza Al Mansouri and Sultan Al Neyadi,
performance of Al Ayala artand musical band shows from the Academy of Police Sciences, an
exhibition forpictures of the fifties in cooperation with the National Archive, and anexhibition
for government departments. On the sidelines of the events, HisExcellency the Chairman of the
Authority inaugurated the 50th meeting room onthe occasion of the 50th anniversary. The event
also included honoring thesponsors of the ceremony and the institutions participating in the
50thanniversary.
