The traffic diversion will be implemented starting on Sunday, 21 June 2026, in accordance with the approved alternative routes illustrated in the attached traffic plan, while traffic movement on Sheikh Khalid Bin Khalid Al Qasimi Street will remain open without closure.

The project aims to enhance road infrastructure, improve intersection efficiency, and strengthen road safety standards, contributing to accommodating increasing traffic volumes and improving mobility for road users.

The Authority urges motorists to adhere to the approved traffic diversions and directional signage, use the designated alternative routes, and follow traffic safety instructions to ensure their safety and maintain smooth traffic flow throughout the implementation period.
