Sharjah Roads and Transport Authority has announced a temporary partial traffic diversion at Al Khulafa Al Rashideen Intersection as part of the first phase of the Al Khulafa Al Rashideen Intersection Capacity Enhancement Project, which forms part of the Authority’s ongoing efforts to develop the road network and improve traffic flow across the Emirate.

The traffic diversion will be implemented starting on Saturday, 13 June 2026, in accordance with the approved alternative routes illustrated in the attached traffic plan.

The project aims to improve the efficiency of the intersection and enhance its traffic handling capacity, contributing to better road service levels and an improved mobility experience for road users.

The Authority urges motorists to adhere to the approved traffic diversions, use the designated alternative routes, and follow traffic safety instructions to ensure their safety and maintain smooth traffic flow throughout the implementation period.
