Sharjah Roads and Transport Authority offers the Bus Rental Activity Renewal Service, enabling companies to renew their activity of renting buses without drivers to other companies under contractual agreements and on demand, helping streamline procedures and support business continuity efficiently and smoothly.

The service requires a vehicle statement issued by the Traffic Department and a copy of the trade licence. The completion time ranges from 10 to 15 minutes, with a service fee of AED 1,000, in addition to the applicable fees.

Customers can apply through multiple approved channels, including the Authority’s official website, smart app, Customer Service Portal, chatbot, or the Transport Activities Licensing Section.

The service forms part of the Authority’s ongoing efforts to enhance its service ecosystem and simplify procedures for the business sector, contributing to faster transaction processing, improved service efficiency, and a more flexible and convenient customer experience.
