Sharjah Roads and Transport Authority celebrates its engineering professionals on World Engineers’ Day, observed annually on 15 September, in recognition of their dedication and valuable contributions to developing the roads and transport system and transforming visions and plans into innovative projects and solutions that enhance infrastructure and mobility efficiency while improving quality of life.

The Authority values the expertise and efforts of its engineers in planning, implementing, and overseeing development projects, as well as adopting modern engineering solutions that keep pace with urban and technological advancement and contribute to a more efficient, safe, and sustainable transport system.
