Sharjah Roads and Transport Authority has commenced internal road works in Al Qutainah 3 in Mahthab Suburb, covering a total length of 9.6 kilometres, as part of its ongoing efforts to develop infrastructure and enhance the efficiency of the road network across the Emirate.

Eng. Hassan Ali Al Ali, Projects Manager at Sharjah Roads and Transport Authority, stated that the project includes the construction and paving of internal roads, along with the paving of residential parking spaces within the road right-of-way, contributing to improved accessibility and more efficient mobility within the area.

He noted that the project is scheduled for completion during the first quarter of 2027, in accordance with the approved project timeline.

The project forms part of the Authority’s plans to develop infrastructure in residential areas, improve traffic flow, and provide a safe and efficient road network that meets residents’ needs, keeps pace with urban growth, and contributes to enhancing quality of life across the Emirate of Sharjah.
