Sharjah Roads and Transport Authority, in collaboration with the Sharjah Broadcasting Authority, organized the “Official Spokesperson” program as part of its ongoing efforts to enhance the media and communication capabilities of its workforce and strengthen institutional communication in line with best professional practices.

The program focused on developing participants’ ability to communicate effectively with the media, while strengthening their skills in preparing and delivering institutional messages with professionalism and confidence. It also enhanced participants’ capabilities in handling media interviews and communicating key messages clearly and effectively.

The program forms part of the Authority’s strategy to invest in human capital and build qualified professionals capable of representing the Authority effectively in the media, reinforcing institutional communication and strengthening the Authority’s positive public image across the community.
