Sharjah Roads and Transport Authority, in collaboration with Sharjah Police General Headquarters, organized a workshop titled “Knowledge Management in Crisis and Disaster Management” as part of its ongoing efforts to enhance institutional preparedness and strengthen the capacity to effectively manage various crises and challenges.

The workshop aimed to promote knowledge management concepts in crisis and disaster management by highlighting best practices and facilitating the exchange of expertise and specialized knowledge, contributing to enhanced institutional capabilities, greater employee awareness, and improved readiness to respond to different scenarios efficiently and effectively.

The workshop forms part of the Authority’s continuous efforts to develop the competencies of its workforce, promote a culture of institutional learning, and strengthen coordination and collaboration with government entities, supporting business continuity and enhancing institutional resilience in line with best practices.
