Sharjah Roads and Transport Authority has inaugurated the new reception hall at its Customer Service Department, reflecting the Authority’s ongoing commitment to enhancing its services and elevating the customer experience in line with the highest standards of quality and excellence.
The new hall accommodates Roads and Transport Services as well as the Truck Permits Office, contributing to streamlined procedures, faster transaction processing, and improved service efficiency. In addition, the hall provides 42 electronic services that support the Authority’s digital transformation efforts and offer customers greater flexibility and ease of access.
This development forms part of the Authority’s strategy to enhance government service quality and improve institutional performance by providing an integrated service environment that follows best practices and meets customer expectations.
The Authority reaffirmed its commitment to continuously developing its service ecosystem and expanding its smart service channels, supporting the ongoing development journey of the Emirate of Sharjah and reinforcing excellence in service delivery.
