Sharjah Roads and Transport Authority organized the “Engineering Project Management” program for its engineers as part of its ongoing efforts to develop engineering competencies and enhance professional skills, contributing to greater efficiency in project planning, execution, and management in line with international best practices.

The program aimed to strengthen engineers’ capabilities in project planning and management, enhance decision-making skills, and promote the application of the latest engineering methodologies, supporting high-quality project delivery and improving institutional performance.

The program forms part of the Authority’s strategy to invest in human capital, develop national competencies, and equip its engineering workforce with the knowledge and skills needed to keep pace with global best practices, while supporting institutional excellence and sustainable development.
