Sharjah Roads and Transport Authority has announced the expansion of its “Bus On Demand” service as part of its ongoing efforts to develop an integrated smart mobility system that supports the objectives of the “Year of the Family” and provides flexible and safe transportation solutions for all members of the community.

The expanded service now covers University City, Al Juraina, Al Qarain, Al Nouf, Muwaileh Commercial, and Aljada, strengthening connectivity between key destinations, reducing congestion and waiting times, and providing a smoother and more efficient mobility experience across the Emirate.

This expansion forms part of the Authority’s strategy to enhance public transport services by adopting innovative demand-responsive mobility solutions that improve operational efficiency, increase customer satisfaction, and support sustainability and quality of life in the Emirate of Sharjah.
