As part of its efforts to develop road infrastructure, Sharjah Roads and Transport Authority has implemented a project in Al Bataeh area, establishing a new entrance to the industrial zone from the main road, including acceleration and deceleration lanes. The project included the construction of 5,820 meters of single carriageway roads in the industrial area and 720 meters in the commercial area. Additionally, 900 meters of dual carriageway roads were developed, along with a central roundabout to ease traffic flow. The total length of roads constructed reached 7,440 meters, supporting urban expansion and economic activity in the region.
