Toll Plaza Department - Truck Permits

• 1. A letter from the company to issue the permit.
• 2. A copy of a valid commercial license.
• 3. A copy of all vehicles license required to be included in the permit.
• 4. Contracts of required areas.
• 5. Approval from the Ministry of Energy and Infrastructure for non-standard specifications (width of 5 meters or more, or height of 5 meters or more)
• 6. Approval by the Department in case of exemption from permit fees for (governmental permits only).
• 7. Official memorandum by the engineer including the contract duration and the work completion period for (governmental permits only).

One hour or less during the following working days:

Monday to Thursday: 7:30 am to 8:00 pm

Saturday to Sunday: 8:00 am to 12:00 pm (except Friday)

-Heavy vehicles with six axles 450 AED.

- Less weight vehicle with wheel axles 250 AED
