Service Description
This service provides customers with the opportunity to apply for a No Objection Certificate for the following matters.

Required Documents
1. Installation of an Interim Protective Fence on the Asphalt or the Interlock During the Execution of Works.
- Valid map of the land.
- Colored photograph for the site.
- Aerial photograph for the site along with the coordinates of the site. .
- Valid trade license or commercial register.
- The relevant building permit or an equivalent document.
- Copy of the UAE ID Card of the applicant or the person in charge of the site.
- An engineering plan demonstrating the proposed fence site stating the boundaries of the land along with the location of the project gate.
- Installation of an Interim Fence.
- Valid map of the land.
- Colored photograph for the site.
- Aerial photograph for the site along with the coordinates of the site. .
- Valid trade license or commercial register.
- The relevant building permit or an equivalent document.
- Copy of the UAE ID Card of the applicant or the person in charge of the site.
- An engineering plan demonstrating the proposed fence site stating the boundaries of the land along with the location of the project gate.
- Rent a land from Department of Town Planning & Survey.
- Rental of parking from Sharjah Municipality.
2. Utilization of the Sidewalk (the Pavement):
- Valid map of the land.
- Aerial photograph for the site.
- Valid trade license or commercial register.
- The relevant building permit or an equivalent document.
- Colored photograph for the site.
- Copy of the UAE ID Card of the applicant or the person in charge of the site.
3. Blockage of the Road & Executing a Traffic Diversion in the sub road for the Purpose of Constructions:
- Valid map of the land.
- Aerial photograph for the site.
- Valid trade license or commercial register.
- The relevant building permit or an equivalent document.
- Valid business license.
- An engineering plan for the roads to be closed and alternative roads indicating the direction of traffic as well as the location of the signs on the plan.
4. Renewal of a road closure or renewal of the use of the pedestrian passage (Sidewalk):
- Valid map of the land.
- Colored photograph for the site.
- An aerial photograph for the site along with the coordinates of the site.
- Valid trade license or commercial register.
- The relevant building permit or an equivalent document.
- Copy of the UAE ID Card of the applicant or the person in charge of the site.
- Copy of the security deposit receipt.
- An engineering plan for the roads to be closed and alternative roads indicating the direction of traffic as well as the location of the signs on the plan.
- Copy of the previous permit.

The fees for providing the service as well as the security deposit will be calculated by the engineer assigned by the Authority in accordance with the available details.
