    This service enables customers to apply for a completion certificate for the works implemented in the Road Corridor (on the sidewalks, entrances, exits and parking).

    Road Maintenance Department.

  • Required Documents
    • Valid No Objection Certificate issued by the Authority - if any.
    • Valid map for the land.
    • Colored photograph for the site.
    • Valid trade license or commercial register.
    • Construction permit issued by Sharjah Municipality.
    • Copy of the UAE ID Card of the applicant or the person in charge of the site.
    • Map for the building approved by the Directorate of Town Planning & Survey as well as Sharjah Municipality
    • Certificate of determining the borders of the interlock issued by the Directorate of Town Planning & Survey.
